Hello to all! I'm a PhD student and I'm working on Drosophila S2 cells. My task is to make a PCR to show the presence or not of a rat transfected gene. All is ok with the PCR with other cell types, but when I run it on S2 cells I obtain no results, even with housekeeping gene primers. I'd to know if anyone of you have had any problems with these cells and how you solved them. Thank you in advance to anyone will help me!!! ![Smile]( "Smile")
