I write as one with a B.S. in Biology but from 20 years ago. Have recently taken interest in gene engineering. Very much would like to get up to speed with gene engineering as one might find at the website DNA 2.0

Seeking sources of knowledge e.g. media, texts, etc. that would allow me to select promoters, ribosome binding sites, etc and the other considerations to successfully perform genetic engineering.
