Biotechnology MS @IITM

I am from CS background and have got call to attend written test/interview at Biotechnology dept @IITM. I have chosen Computational Biology as a specialisation as I have worked on gene clustering as my 4th year Btech project. Can somebody help me with the pattern/type of questions asked in the written test? They have not very clearly stated what the written test content will be?
