which course to pursue for Masters

Hello sir, I am in my final year of B.Sc in Biotechnology. For masters I am in a great confusion whether to pursue M.Sc in Biotechnology or any other specific course with respective to the job prospects in future. Also on the basis om average scores in academics confused where to apply for the same (preference given to Canada).
