Which field to choose for msc andnext in phd?

Hello... By this may I will complete my Bsc Biotech.
But I'm very confused about my Masters... Should I pursue my masters in biotech or in other courses like human genetics, bioinformatics or any else? And if i choose human gentics then what will be the subject for research in phd???
Pls clear my this doubt.
